3 MONTHS INTERNSHIP

Job Overview:

We are looking for a HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will support HR activities, assist in employee engagement initiatives, assist with recruitment tasks, and contribute to other HR operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the HR profession, develop skills in various HR functions, and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Help screen resumes and applications for suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in preparing interview documentation and assessments.
  • Provide timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Employee Onboarding:
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of onboarding for new hires.
  • Help ensure that new employees complete all necessary forms and documentation.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and provide administrative support during the onboarding process.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Help track attendance, leave requests, and other employee-related data.
  • Employee Engagement & Development:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and team-building exercises.
  • Provide support in coordinating training programs and internal workshops.
  • Help with organizing internal communications, such as newsletters and announcements.
  • General HR Support:
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support on HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and assist with special HR projects as required by the HR team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
