Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern, located in Mumbai. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day human resources tasks, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee benefits and personnel records. The intern will support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
