Role Overview You will be responsible for creating high-quality, fast-turnaround video content for Lantrn and our clients. From reels to ads to storytelling content, your editing style should be clean, modern, and engaging. You’ll work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life with precision and creativity. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Ads, You Tube, Client Content) Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and SFX Understand scripts and apply the right pacing, rhythm, and storytelling Maintain brand consistency across all videos Select appropriate music, SFX, and visual elements Create reels quickly without compromising quality Collaborate with the creative team for new concepts and ideas Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines Stay updated with current editing trends and reel styles Required Skills Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Da Vinci Resolve Basic knowledge of After Effects (bonus) Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment Good sense of timing, transitions, pacing, and storytelling Understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram & You Tube Strong attention to detail Creative mindset with discipline and ownership Ability to follow brand guidelines Experience 1–3 years of professional video editing experience Agency or content-heavy brand experience is preferred Salary (Hyderabad Range) ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on editing speed, quality, and software knowledge) Performance Metrics (KPIs) Number of videos delivered per week Quality score of edits On-time delivery rate Creative input and concept contribution Client satisfaction with video output How to Apply Email your resume + video portfolio to: ????
