Your work will influence how millions of professionals learn modern communication, leadership, and decision-making.This role is perfect for editors who love combining storytelling with strategy — shaping content that not only performs on YouTube, but elevates the viewer’s thinking and career.Formats include talking-head educational videos, documentary-style storytelling, motion-graphic explainers, short-form highlights, and narrative-driven lessons.If you want to be part of a mission-driven media company that is raising the standard of educational content, you’ll feel at home here.What You’ll DoEdit long-form and short-form YouTube videos that deliver clarity, emotional engagement, and strong narrative flowApply modern YouTube storytelling fundamentals — hooks, pacing, retention cues, and visual grammarCollaborate on script breakdowns, story structure, and editorial decisionsProduce clean, polished edits with excellent timing, typography, color, and soundCreate light motion graphics, text overlays, charts, and supporting visualsWork inside an “Edit Blueprint” workflow with clear expectations on every section of the scriptExperiment, improve, and iterate based on performance dataMaintain firm's brand style (fonts, color palette, thumbnail design principles)Manage multiple edits with speed, consistency, and attention to detailSkills & Qualifications2+ years of editing experience for YouTube or other social-first platformsStrong mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects is a major plusAbility to take talking-head content and elevate it through pacing, graphics, and story craftDemonstrated ability to create high-retention content in both long and short formatsUnderstanding of YouTube analytics, retention curves, hook design, titles, and thumbnailsStrong storytelling instincts — able to turn raw footage into a clear, emotionally resonant narrativeOrganized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate and accept feedbackTech-savvy and quick to learn new toolsFluent in EnglishWhat You Can ExpectA chance to build an elite educational channel from early stages and shape its identityFreedom to propose creative ideas and elevate the editorial styleWork directly with a Fortune 100 leader and author with deep storytelling frameworks 100% remote work — collaborate from anywhereConsistent monthly editing workloadCompensationRs. 50,000 - 60000 per month(based on skill, portfolio quality, availability, and format coverage)
