We sit at the intersection of medicine, storytelling, and digital media—and we’re looking for a Podcast Editor who can turn raw conversations into engaging, binge-worthy episodes and social clips.Key Responsibilities Edit long-form podcast episodes (video + audio) for YouTube and audio platforms. Cut 10–20 short clips per episode for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms .Clean up audio (basic noise reduction, EQ, balancing levels) for clear, professional soun d.Add subtitles/captions, basic graphics, and transitions (no heavy VFX require d).Collaborate with the host, creative director, and thumbnail team to finalize each epis ode.Organize project files, maintain version control, and meet weekly publishing deadl ines.Qualifica tionsProven experience editing podcasts, talk shows, or long-form YouTube co ntent.Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro (any one is fine, more is a plus).Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and what makes conversations “hooky” for YouTube.Ability to create clean, readable subtitles and export in multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9: 16, 1:1).Basic knowledge of audio enhancement (noise reduction, compression, EQ) is required.Strong attention to detail, ability to take feedback, and consistency with deadlines.A showreel/portfolio with podcast or long-form edits + a few shor t-form clips i s mandato ry.
