Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role as a Human Resources Executive at Digivibrant Techsolution Pvt. Ltd., located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Executive will be primarily responsible for resource allocation and empanelment in collaboration with other IT companies for contractual roles. This includes managing partnerships, coordinating resource deployment, and ensuring seamless integration of contract-based staff within our project teams. Additionally, the role involves standard HR management tasks such as HR operations, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.


Key Responsibilities:-


  • Collaborate with IT companies to identify and allocate resources for contractual roles.
  • Manage and coordinate the empanelment and deployment of contract-based staff to various projects.
  • Ensure smooth integration and onboarding of empaneled employees.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with partner IT companies to ensure resource availability and project continuity.
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.
  • Design and implement effective HR practices to support resource management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of empaneled employees, providing feedback and guidance as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations concerning contract employees.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of resource allocation and empanelment agreements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in HR management, particularly in resource allocation and empanelment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to contractual employment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in working with HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in the IT industry, particularly in managing contractual resources.
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize resource allocation processes.
