Human Resources Executive

Role: Human Resources Executive

Experience: 2-5 years

Tenure: Full Time

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Job Description:

- Source for ecommerce, marketing and warehouse management candidates from various online channels (e.g. Linkedin, Naukri, Career Sites)- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs- Screen incoming resumes, Shortlist & Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.- Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees.- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.- Office administration and ad hoc office associate duties- Managing Attendance- Assisting in onboarding employees.- Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.- Proven 2- 5 Years Experience as HR Recruiter / HR Executive.- Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.- Familiar with sourcing techniques.- Good time management skills.- Strong oral and written communication skills- Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities- Office administration

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Working days: 5-6 days per week, with First and Third Saturdays off.
