Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Infotech Edge Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources initiatives. This role will involve coordinating with different departments, handling employee issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Understanding of human resources practices and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • HR certification or relevant degree
