Position Overview Position Title Key Account Manager/ Relationship Manager – Corporate Funds & Pensions Department Group Business Level/ Band 401-Manager / 301-Assistant Manager Role Summary: Group Funds Explore and seek business opportunities in Large and Medium Corporates Group Funds – Retirals-Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashments, Benevolence schemes etc Cross sell Group Funds to existing Group Life customers and leveraging Banca/ Agency team Business development through direct or intermediaries Organizational Relationships Reports To Regional Head - Funds and Annuity Supervises Individual Contributor Role Job Dimensions: Geographic Area Covered Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore Stakeholders Internal Investments, Operations, F&A, Product, Mid-Office, L&C Stakeholders External CXOs, Trustees, Treasury Heads, Brokers/Banca/Agency teams, Annuity/NPS SPOCs Key Result Areas Create sales funnel of large & medium (MSME) companies, Group Funds Interact with and present Tata AIA Life capabilities with the Trustees and the Trust admin team Approach and convert existing client contacts towards Tata AIA Life Group Funds Interact and engage with Group Annuity/NPS SPOCs and generate business for Group Funds and Annuity Make presentations to Trustees, engage in discussions and provide advice / solutions to Trustees Keep oneself updated on capital market developments, latest Government regulations, legal documentation, IRDAI compliances and other critical aspects of Group Funds Management Track client investments, sales activities, and maintain sales calls reports. Track competition, Relationship with regional Banca & agency teams Proactive engagement with clients with regards their portfolio, aligning with the Investments team Collect and share market information on product, pricing, processes and overall solutions Reporting and maintaining MIS E Skills Required: Technical § Resourceful with MS Office – PowerPoint and Excel especially Behavioral Essential Desired Interpersonal skills · Communication skills · Creative thinking skills · Supervising/Leadership skills · Teamwork Skills · Influencing skills · Relationship Building skills · Decision making skills · F Incumbent Characteristics: Essential Desired Qualification Graduate. MBA Preferred. Experience 7-10 Yrs Preferred- Life Insurance experience · Past experience of working with Tier 1- private life insurers in their group funds vertical/annuity sales will be preferred. · Direct B2B Sales / Key Account Management · Exposure to sale of fund products in Mutual Funds
