About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to client outreach, lead generation, market research, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Support in prospecting, lead qualification, and maintaining the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in client outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Track and update CRM with leads, prospects, and interactions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and client engagement.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
