Job Responsibility
Full Revenue Responsibility including planning, forecasting and target performance achievement for assigned geography. Managing stakeholders at landmark accounts especially the C-Suite relationship with a view to executing enterprise solutions across the account to enhance SC & retention. Building close ties with stakeholders at to be acquired landmark accounts including C-Suite and Lab Directors to conclusively demonstrate our End to End solution value to push for share capture. This required a deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders and competitive situation at the account level. Maximize the opportunity for Abbott Core Diagnostic across base business, VE & Acquisition by driving end to end solutions. Full operational and functional responsibility for VE, Acquisition, Enterprise Account Managers, Technical Application Specialists, Technical Solution Designers, Marketing, Informatics Implementation and Digital Health Solution teams. Providing direction to VE and Acq teams to drive profitable growth Responsible to execute the business development plan, value expansion plan and sales plan to achieve revenue targets, higher profitability. Higher retention rates and higher share of wallet for existing customer base. Responsible to execute the Acq Won RAV and Sales plan to achieve revenue targets at higher than the previous year’s margin profile. Provide direction to Ambassadors and Value Expansion Representative with growing the business, adding assays, ensuring contract compliance, and conducting business reviews with emphasis on pricing/profitability policies Act as a trusted partner for all customers and develop and maintain relationships with all key accounts in the district. Responsible for managing and delivery of first line service support and escalations through to resolution Negotiate long term contracts, being mindful of Abbott adherence to customers contractual obligations and customer adherence to their contractual commitments Responsible for Abbott adherence to customers contractual obligations and customer adherence to their contractual commitments Implementation of the Abbott Acq reviews, trainings, processes, procedures and reporting in the Country Implementation of the Abbott customer experience standardized trainings, processes, procedures and reporting in the Country. Success in this role and in the Country is measured by business retention – contract renewal rate, economic profitability EP, Service Level (SLA) achievement, customer satisfaction and loyalty NPS scores, and sales revenues, Win Rates, Carry Over and YTD Potential.
