- Training & Development: Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools to provide the best support possible.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in support and customer service, preferably through chat or call channels.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with common IT issues, troubleshooting techniques, and support tools.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with different departments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
