Role and Responsibilities:
● 4 to 8 of years of experience in consumer lending Collections / Strategy
● Analytics / Strategy: You should be able to conceive and implement collections strategy to
deliver best in class resolution rates. Understanding of multiple collections channels like
BOT, call center, non-touch/non-intrusive channels, field force etc. You should be able to
extract data-driven insights to optimize collection processes and flows across multiple
channels to drive the best contactability and resolution.
● Experience with Contact Centre and Dialler Management is an advantage. Knowledge of
Telephony platforms are preferred.
● If you are intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, use the data
to extract insights and identify gap areas / action plans, make recommendations for
improvement, see recommendations through implementation,and evaluate
improvements for effectiveness.
● Devising and Driving Collections strategy for the organization and ensure delivery of best
in class roll rates.
● Analyzing data to identify emerging trends and quickly respond with solutions to maximize
collections efficiency.
● Focus on cost of collections through adoption of relevant digital technologies and
productivity management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Minimum a Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Post graduation will be preferred Skills
● Clear and concise communication skills (written & oral), exceptional interpersonal skills
● Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of the standard business applications (MS office)
