Position: Delivery Manager - Staffing
Location: Panchkula (Haryana) Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Summary:
The Delivery Manager - Staffing will oversee the end-to-end delivery of staffing solutions, ensuring that client needs are met with high-quality, timely, and cost-effective services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of staffing industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.- Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
1. Delivery Management:
- Oversee the delivery of staffing services to ensure client needs are met.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of staffing solutions.- Monitor the quality of candidates and ensure they meet client specifications.
1. Interviewing Candidates:
- Conduct interviews to assess the quality and suitability of candidates.- Ensure candidates possess the required skills and qualifications.- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on interview outcomes.
1. Technical Interviews:
- Utilize IT proficiency to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skills.- Ensure candidates meet the technical requirements specified by clients.
1. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and account managers.- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
1. Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
1. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all staffing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.- Manage risk by implementing and monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the staffing process.
1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance competitive positioning.- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.- Experience:- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering staffing solutions.- Must have experience working in a staffing agency.- Skills and Competencies:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in IT to conduct technical interviews and assess technical skills of candidates.- Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS systems.- Deep understanding of staffing industry best practices and legal requirements.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with potential for remote work.- Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
