Job Description for Technical Recruitment Manager

Flexton is looking for a Technical Recruitment Manager to design and implement all aspects of recruiting strategies and the overall end-to-end recruiting process for our company. Recruitment Manager’s responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates & building a strong employer brand. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals.

Job Responsibilities (But not limited to):

Strong Technical understanding.

End-to-end responsibility of Accounts. (Right from distributing of requisition to owning the delivery of the consultants).

Managing Accounts from a Delivery Perspective.

Training & mentoring the teams under his/her belt for his/her accounts & make it a high-performing team.

Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings

Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)

Provide excellent customer service to our clients and internal teams, being responsive to needs, effectively managing expectations, and facilitating self-sufficiency in others, where possible.

Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

Manage, train, and evaluate our team of in-house recruiting professionals

Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g., past applicants and referred candidates)

Report on key recruiting metrics to measure team effectiveness and provide consumable metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruitment Manager or similar role

Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting

Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks)

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs, like JobDiva)

Good team-management capabilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance & Legal), external partners and candidates)
