Fresh Hiring - Be a part of a well-established staffing company-Tranzeal. We are hiring IT Recruiters for our HYDERABAD- HITECH CITY MADHAVPUR location with a new office and a vibrant work atmosphere.
Immediate hiring of Domestic IT recruiting professionals with experience in working with the Indian staffing industry. Excellent opportunity to work on direct client requirements. Recruiters with corporate background preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred. Looking for energetic people who like to prosper in their careers.
Experience required - 3-4 years of relevant experience in Domestic recruitment for Hyderabad
Location- WORK FROM OFFICE - MORNING SHIFT ( 9:30 am- 5:30 pm IST)
WORK LOCATION - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards like NAUKRI.com, social networks, referrals, and other creative methods.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Client interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, providing insights and recommendations to ensure successful placements.
Candidate Presentation: Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and potential contributions.
Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
3-4 years of experience in PAN INDIA IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for success.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
