About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our firm, you will play a crucial role in our growth by executing full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles with a high level of compliance and risk. You will manage the entire process from identifying needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You will focus on attracting top-tier talent while adhering to stringent regulatory requirements, ensuring every hire contributes positively to our business objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently source and secure candidates who meet specific skill requirements and align with our company's culture and values. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape our future workforce and directly impact our company's success in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Inside Sales Executive positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to determine their fit for our organization's culture and values.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to negotiating job offers.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and resources, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on the status of open positions and the progress of the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Sales & Marketing recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talents.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and resources, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS systems.
