What You'll Do
This isn't just a sales role - it's a leadership opportunity. As Senior Sales Executive, you'll be managing a small team and playing a key role in building and strengthening our business network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of 2-3 sales executives.
- Actively reach out to architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to grow our network.
- Coordinate effectively with business heads and your sales team for smooth operations and strong follow-ups.
- Track inquiries, update lead databases, and keep a close eye on sales performance.
- Build strong client relationships and represent our brand confidently in meetings and presentations.
- Look for new business opportunities and work strategically to convert leads into long-term clients.
- This is a field senior sales executive role, which will require regular client visits and on-site meetings.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in architecture, interiors, real estate, or building materials will be a plus point)
- Confident communicator with great people skills
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable multitasking
- Comfortable leading a small team and taking initiative
- Basic familiarity with lead tracking tools or CRM systems is a plus
