About the Role We are seeking a Sales and Operations Intern to support our counsellors and operations team in managing student applications and achieving recruitment targets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the overseas education sector and understand the complete student journey—from leads to university offers and visa outcomes. This is a remote internship with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities Application and Operations Management · Manage student applications end-to-end, including document collection, accuracy checks, submission, and follow-up. · Coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely progress and completion of student applications. · Liaise with universities regarding application status and updates. · Maintain dashboards and reports related to applications, offers, and visa outcomes. Sales and Student Engagement · Monitor and allocate leads to counsellors for timely follow-up and conversion. · Assist in resolving student and parent queries related to applications and processes. · Support the team in achieving student recruitment and conversion targets. · Conduct lead generation and qualification through calls and messages, and
