Role Description : We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modeling, data integrations, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data transformations, scripting, and integration methodologies. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and enhance CMDB models within ServiceNow. - Implement data loads using Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform Maps. - Define ETL workflows and robust Transform Maps to ensure data accuracy. - Work on Scoped Applications to customize ServiceNow functionalities. - Design and implement Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages for integrations. - Maintain best practices for CMDB integrity and governance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CMDB processes and data quality. Required Skills : - Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Hands-on experience in CMDB modeling and maintenance. - Strong understanding of Data Source, Import Set, and Transform Map. - Experience with ETL definitions and data transformation processes. - Knowledge of Scoped Applications and customization within ServiceNow. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages. Good to Have : - Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF). - Knowledge of Domain Separation within ServiceNow. Location : Bangalore/ Pune. Notice Period : Immediate Joiner. (ref:hirist.tech)
