We seek an experienced ServiceNow Developer to contribute at Webologix Ltd. Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and other ITSM applications.
- Utilize system integration techniques with web services and web-based technologies like XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, and REST.
- Employ excellent troubleshooting skills to demonstrate influence in consultative fashion to stakeholders and team members.
- Extend the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.
- Familiarize yourself with ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration, and other applications.
- Achieve a fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Develop expertise in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, and the ServiceNow APIs.
- Pursue customization using CMS with CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Configure Import Sets, SLA/OLA, LDAP, and Transform maps.
- Support WPB ServiceNow Developers.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience required.
- Create ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards.
- Obtain ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS).
- Knowledge on Service Portal and integration is essential.
- Mastery of the Service Catalogue is necessary.
- Experience or knowledge of CSDM and DPM is beneficial.
- Proven ServiceNow Developer experience.
- Prior experience with Procurement Domain knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Open to interviewing ITSM candidates who can adapt to the role.
