Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
- Design and implement Service Catalog items and automated request fulfillment workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.

Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide API for scripting and customization within ServiceNow.
- Expertise in automation scripting within ServiceNow to streamline processes and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, and MID Server.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), or CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management).
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITBM (IT Business Management), SecOps (Security Operations), and Performance Analytics.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
