Objetivos del Puesto

Tu objetivo principal será conectar a los usuarios que buscan soluciones de software con los proveedores que mejor se adaptan a sus necesidades y presupuesto. Realizarás las siguientes tareas:
- Realizarás llamadas salientes a usuarios interesados, escuchando atentamente sus necesidades.
- Asesoramiento personalizado basado en la información recopilada, recomendarás las soluciones de software más adecuadas.
- Gestión Precisa de Datos. Registrarás toda la información proporcionada por los usuarios en nuestro sistema de gestión interno.
- Enlace con Proveedores: Compartirás la información pertinente con nuestros clientes (proveedores de software) para que puedan continuar la    comunicación con los usuarios.
¿Como lo vas a lograr?

  •    Llamadas en su mayoría salientes
  •    Escuchar a los usuarios y de acuerdo a sus necesidades y presupuesto asesorar y recomendar el software mas adecuado.
  •    Registrar con precisión toda la información que el usuario nos comparte en nuestro sistema interno de gestión.
  •    Se envía la información al nuestros clientes (proveedores de software), para que ellos puedan retomar la comunicación.

Requirements Para ser considerado para este puesto, es esencial que cumplas con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Experiencia en trato con usuarios o clientes.
  • Experiencia comprobable como Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas (SDR) en campañas de prospección B2B o como Asesor de Software. (Excluyente)
  • Facilidad para entablar conversaciones a través de diferentes canales de comunicación, principalmente telefónicas.
  • Conocimiento de Software: Experiencia y familiaridad con ERP y CRM. (Excluyente)
  • Habilidades Interpersonales: Persona empática, ordenada y con buena capacidad de escucha.
  • Sensibilidad con el mundo digital y la tecnología.
  • Experiencia en manejo de CRM. (Valorado)
  • Conocimiento sobre implementación de software, etapas del proceso. (Plus)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo.

Requisitos · Experiencia más de 10 meses o 1 año en puesto similar (Excluyente) . Conocimientos de Software de RRHH, ERP y Gestión de Proyectos. . Experiencia con uso de CRM (Comprobable) · Facilidad para entablar conversaciones telefónicas en FRÍO. · Buen manejo de escritura en Pc. · Buscamos una persona empática, ordenada y con buena escucha, con facilidad para relacionarse. · Sensibilidad con el mundo digital y la tecnología. .
