Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated

Customer Support Executive

to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide efficient and effective support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.Assist customers in troubleshooting basic product or service issues.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while following up to ensure resolution.Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards and SLAs.Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products, services, and processes.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (Specify language(s)).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience in a call center or technical support environment.Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical or product-related issues.Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive training and development programs.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
