Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr. Business Development Associate where you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, creating and delivering presentations, and effective communication. You will work closely with the sales leads to support and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • This will be a pre-sales role. (Cold call: 98%, Email & other channels: 2%)
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
  • Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Handle complex negotiations with senior executives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results.
  • Outbound Data Extraction: Assist the data team in extracting relevant information for outbound cold calls and email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the extracted data.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate reports on lead generation activities, inbound lead conversion rates, and outbound data extraction efficiency to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Experience working with any CRM.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to tackle new challenges.
  • Fair understanding of sales metrics and managing customer relationships.
  • Preferably a proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
