We are Hiring for Technical Recruiters for Hyderabad ( Work from Office - 5 Days )Location : HyderabadEmployment type : Contract(C2H)Experience: 4 to 9 YearsObjectives of this roleRecruit candidates for senior-level IT specialist roles at leading global businessesScreen and interview candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to clientsConsult with clients on overall hiring strategies, and tailor recruitment efforts accordinglyRemain up to date on industry trends to ensure that candidates are evaluated using the prevailing standards and measurementsBuild and develop our client portfolio, providing expert consultation to encourage repeat businessNetwork with potential candidates to promote our brand and to ensure that it attracts qualified professionalsResponsibilitiesWrite and post technical job descriptions on IT specialist job boards, social media, and other relevant channelsSource, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical rolesInterview candidates using a combination of methods (ex: structured interview, technical knowledge assessment, behavioral questions)Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicantsParticipate in tech conferences and meetups with IT professionalsRemain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needsInterested candidates can share cv to
