Job Overview We are seeking a junior-level Front Office Executive for our Spa in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in a relevant field. The incumbent will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient administrative processes within the spa environment. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in customer service skills, ensuring that all clients receive a welcoming and professional experience upon arrival. Experience with appointment scheduling software to efficiently manage bookings and reduce scheduling conflicts. Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems for seamless transaction processing and maintaining accurate financial records. In-depth spa product knowledge to assist guests with product selection and provide relevant advice and recommendations. Strong conflict resolution abilities to address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and satisfactorily. Experience with CRM software to effectively manage client data and ensure personalized services for repeat clients. Competence in operating multi-line phone systems for handling incoming calls and managing call transfers efficiently. Understanding of front office operations including check-in/check-out procedures and administrative task management. Roles and Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Manage all front office operations including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Coordinate and schedule appointments, managing any changes and cancellations effectively to maximize client satisfaction. Process transactions through the POS system, ensuring accurate billing and maintaining financial integrity. Provide clients with product information and recommendations, enhancing their spa experience and promoting sales. Resolve client issues or complaints to maintain positive customer relations and promote repeat business. Maintain an orderly and clean front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times. Assist in daily administrative tasks to support overall spa operations and contribute to an efficient work environment.
