Role Overview: The Director of Marketing will lead and manage the overall marketing strategy for OZEN MANSION KOLKATA. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market, a passion for creativity, and a proven track record of delivering results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the hotel's business goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen and elevate the hotel's brand identity through consistent messaging, visual aesthetics, and exceptional storytelling.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content across all channels, including promotional materials, blogs, videos, and social media posts.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute high-profile events, promotions, and partnerships that align with the hotel's brand and attract the target audience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.


Experience: Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years within the luxury hospitality industry.
