This role requires a data-driven marketer who can independently handle end-to-end campaign execution, optimize for performance, and deliver measurable business results.You will play a critical role in driving leads, conversions, ROI, and brand visibility for both our company and diverse clientele by leveraging innovative targeting strategies, creative ad execution, and advanced optimization techniques.Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Linked In Ads.Manage and grow company and client social media accounts across multiple platforms.Define targeting strategies including demographics, interests, geographies, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, sales, and engagement.Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPM.Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives and engaging social content.Generate detailed campaign and social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.Stay updated on platform policies, trends, algorithms, and new ad formats.Ensure budget efficiency and maximize ROI across campaigns.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and Linked In Ads, along with social media
