Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Specialist - Working From Office in Ahmedabad.Role DescriptionThe Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will work closely with directly the end client to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure that the efforts deliver maximum ROI.Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM ISTWorking Days: Monday to FridayJob Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratWhat Will You Be Doing?Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives (lead gen), including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and creative directionCampaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads without any mistakesAd Creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling creatives, and videos that resonate with target audiencesPerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI, CTR, CPA, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and demographic/behavioral targeting, to reach the most relevant usersBudget Management: Manage and optimize the budget for all active campaigns, ensuring efficient spend allocation to maximize resultsA/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies and continuously improve campaign performanceReporting: Generate detailed performance reports on a regular basis, presenting findings and actionable insights to stakeholdersStay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and updates in the advertising industry, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competitionCollaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive marketing strategySkills Required:2+ years of experience in managing Google Ads Campaigns, Meta Ads & other platformsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the agency's working methodology and cultureAbility to work flexibly and towards tight deadlinesIn-depth understanding of managing lead gen campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tiktok, etc.Working knowledge of tracking and analytics toolsGood time-management and multi-tasking skillsA critical thinker and problem-solver person with organizational and leadership skillsWho are we looking for?We admire individuals with intelligence, dedication, and a deep passion for their profession.
