Title: Senior Java Backend EngineerLocation: IndoreJob Type:Full-timeWorking Days:Monday to Saturday (Saturday - WFH)Working Hours: 10:30AM - 7:30PMJob Description:-We are looking for a highly skilledSeniorBackendEngineerwith strong experience in Java and Spring Boot to architect and build scalable backend systems. This role involves designinghigh - performancearchitectures , mentoring team members, and leadingtechnicaldecisionsforscalableandcloud - nativeapplications .Key Responsibilities:-Architect, design, and develop robust backend services usingJavaandSpring Boot .Leadasynchronousprogramming ,multithreading , andconcurrencysolutions for high-performance applications.Design and optimize database schemas usingMySQLandNoSQLdatabases ( DynamoDBpreferred).Integrate and manage caching systems ( Redis ) and messaging queues ( Kafka ).Define API contracts and ensure robust RESTful API design and implementation.Guide cloud deployments and infrastructure onAWS( EC2 ,S3 ,Lambda ,DynamoDB , etc.).Set up and maintainCI / CDpipelines andDevOpspractices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensurescalableandmaintainablearchitecture.Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.Participate insystemdesignreviews and promote best practices inscalableanddistributedsystems.Requirements:-4+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.Strong experience in asynchronousprogramming ,threading , andconcurrency .Expertise withMySQLandNoSQLdatabases (DynamoDB preferred).Solid knowledge ofRedis ,Kafka , and messaging systems.Deep understanding of cloud platforms (preferablyAWS ).Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, containerization ( Docker / Kubernetes ), and CI/CD pipelines.Strong grasp ofData Structures and Algorithms(DSA) andscalable system design .Proven experience in architecting large-scale, high-availability systems.Preferred Qualifications:-Experience with cloud-native design patterns.Exposure to performance tuning and system optimization.Immediate JoinersOpen towork on SaturdaysApply Now:-Send your resume towith the subject line: Senior Backend Engineer – Application
