Job Title: Technical Support

Experience:6 Months to 5 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location:Bangalore

JD:

KeyResponsibilities:

·Provide technical support tointernational customers via phone, email, and chat.

·Troubleshoot and resolve hardwareand software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

·Assist customers with setup,configuration, and maintenance of their hardware and software.

·Handle customer inquiriesefficiently and professionally.

·Ensure timely and accurateresolution of customer issues.

·Maintain a high level of customersatisfaction through excellent customer service.

·Diagnose technical problems byanalyzing customer reports and asking probing questions.

·Guide customers through step-by-stepsolutions to resolve technical issues.

·Escalate complex issues tohigher-level support or engineering teams as needed.
