The company's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant has an installed annual capacity of 150,000 MT and is spread over 230 acres in Surat, Gujarat, strategically located near the Hazira Port.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Surat. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing account strategies, handling client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additionally, the Account Manager will work on identifying opportunities for growth and upselling company products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute account strategies
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and report preparation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the paper manufacturing industry is a plus
