Syona is a wellbeing café and cultural space located near Camac Street at Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata . More than just a café, Syona is designed as a sanctuary where food, creativity, and wellness come together.

We curate a blend of wholesome dining, mindful practices, and community-driven activities – from yoga, meditation, and expressive therapies to art sessions, acoustic evenings, and networking events. Our vision is to create a vibrant yet calming space where people can nourish their body, mind, and spirit while connecting with others.

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to manage Syona’s community, collaborations, marketing, and events. The role involves handling client bookings, building relationships with artists, musicians, psychologists, and wellness experts, and promoting activities on social media to grow Syona’s cultural and wellness hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to collaboration leads from social media & other channels.
  • Coordinate with artists, musicians, psychologists, and collaborators for workshops & activities.
  • Handle client/event bookings: share rates, negotiate, and finalize deals.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events at Syona (wellness, creative, music, networking, etc.).
  • Manage marketing, promotions, and social media visibility for activities & events.
  • Maintain relationships with collaborators, clients, and partners for ongoing engagement.
  • Support in curating Syona’s activity menu and ensuring smooth execution.
