Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (from a recognized college or university)

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Manager with excellent communication skills to assist our CEO in day-to-day operations. This is a high-visibility role that combines administrative excellence, business support, and strategic coordination.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and has experience managing senior executives or high-performing teams. Prior experience in corporate environments like consulting, finance, or tech is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Coordination

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel efficiently.

Prepare briefing materials, research, and talking points in advance.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Business Documentation & Presentation

Draft and edit reports, presentations , and business documents.

Ensure professional, accurate, and polished written communication.

Create engaging PowerPoint presentations with attention to detail.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Track and manage follow-ups to ensure smooth project progress.

Strategic & Analytical Support

Conduct research and provide insights for meetings, client interactions, and projects.

Support the CEO in streamlining office operations and processes.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3–6 years of experience in executive support, office management, or business operations.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel ; ability to create professional presentations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
