Make a Real Impact on the Performance and Customer Satisfaction for a Jiaxing, China Based Manufacturing Company

Jiaxing AFT Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer quality specification compliance and satisfaction. We are looking for the right person with a positive attitude along with excellent communication and people skills. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in managing our quality system under ISO 9001 standards at our production site.

Your Responsibilities:

Quality – ISO 9001

  • Maintain and improve the quality management system (ISO 9001).
  • Support the execution of internal and external audits.
  • Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality training.
  • Assist production teams and inspectors in resolving quality issues.
  • Supervise the Quality Engineer.

Customer and Sales Support

  • Analyze customer complaints and warranty returns.
  • Collaborate with application engineers and customer service.
  • Keep complaint statistics up to date in our CRM system (FisherSolve).

You are :

  • A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Known for being dynamic, versatile, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable to effectively communicate in Chinese and English.
  • Recognized for your rigor and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in using computer tools, effective communication, and writing, fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Available for occasional travel to customer sites and other AFT business locations.
