Location: T-Hub, Hyderabad.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), App Store Optimization (ASO), E-commerce Marketing, Mobile App Marketing, and Content Marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all online channels, including social media, SEO, ASO, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize our mobile app’s presence in app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) to increase visibility and downloads. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • E-commerce Marketing : Oversee the digital sales strategy on platforms like Amazon, FlipKart, and our own e-commerce site. Implement tactics to increase conversion rates and average order value.
  • Mobile App Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our mobile app, driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, videos, infographics, and other content formats to educate, engage, and convert our target audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing efforts and brand consistency.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in SMM, SEO, ASO, e-commerce marketing, mobile app marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Hootsuite, and similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability and innovative products.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
