Role Overview: As a Publisher Operations Associate, you'll be at the front line of Publisher support, ensuring smooth operational processes and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional support to publishers by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Assist publishers with general inquiries, troubleshooting basic account settings, managing promotional properties, and supporting partner outreach efforts. Communicate with partners to address inquiries about program terms and provide clarity. Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operational processes and workflow. Develop and manage comprehensive reports on campaign performance and execution metrics. Maintain open and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Foster strong inter-departmental relationships and provide expert troubleshooting support. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Ideally, 1 year of experience in a client-facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of affiliate marketing(preferred) Passion for learning about affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and their nuances. Quick learner with a high level of curiosity. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
