As a Senior Publisher Operations Associate, you will be at the forefront of publisher support, ensuring seamless operational processes and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for an energetic individual eager to master the intricacies of Affiliate Program Operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the publisher development team to support the management and growth of publishers working with CJ Affiliate. Additionally, you will be tasked with supporting publisher audits, conducting competitor analysis, and facilitating the enrollment of publishers into advertisers' programs. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues for both clients and publishers across various channels. Manage key operational processes to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Assist with publisher inquiries, troubleshoot account settings, manage promotional properties, and support partner outreach efforts. Address OIM inquiries, handle payment questions, and manage reconciliation reports. Develop and manage comprehensive reports on campaign performance, execution metrics, and account recommendations. Conduct analysis to build benchmark reports with actionable insights. Create standardized client-facing communication templates for consistent messaging. Communicate effectively with partners to clarify program terms and resolve inquiries. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance workflow efficiency. Maintain open communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Foster strong inter-departmental relationships and provide expert troubleshooting support. Assist in creating and updating client support documentation and complete required training sessions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and with 2 - 4 years of client-facing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of affiliate marketing and digital marketing eco system, and their nuances.
