Role :

As the Tech Lead at Techwondoe, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise to ensure the successful planning and delivery of the software solutions. You will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems, leveraging your expertise in both backend technologies and full-stack development principles. Additionally, you will guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices, driving innovation, and maintaining high-quality code standards.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the design and development of scalable and comprehensive software solutions.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components.

3. Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support robust and reliable application deployment.

4. Mentor and coach junior engineers on coding practices, design patterns, and troubleshooting techniques.

5. Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.

6. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

8. Work with teams and clients across different time zones as required.

Skills Required :

1. 4+ years of backend development experience using Node.js, DotNet, or similar technologies, with a focus on scalable and maintainable applications.

2. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

3. Expertise in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database schema design.

4. 2 years of full-stack development experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing frameworks.

6. Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

7. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, innovative approach.

8. Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.
