Role Introduction
The Biddable Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as search, social, and programmatic. This role ensures efficient budget management, data-driven targeting, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and support overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Google Ads team for their performance-focused, digital paid advertising campaigns against defined success metrics
  • Assist in planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing the performance of digital paid advertising campaigns
  • Cover one or more digital advertising disciplines including: paid search (PPC) - Google Ads, programmatic display DV360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Communicate the relationships with advertising platform vendors and other third parties
  • Support account managers, and directors as needed
  • Stay current with all digital advertising industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Paid Advertising (Social Media, Search and Display)
  • Business-level or fluent English is a must (verbal and written)
  • A bachelor's Degree in IT, Marketing, Advertising, or a related major is a plus
  • Willing to possess advertising certifications, i.e., Google Advertising Certification
  • Must maintain a home office with high-speed internet & high-speed computer
  • Interest in advertising and analysis
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • Commitment to personal development
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹ ₹310.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
