Job Title: Social Media & Creative Content Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work-from-home
Location: Remote

Salary: INR 25000 to INR 40,000 per month (Please do not apply if you are expecting a higher salary)

Timings: Starting at approximately 2:30 PM in India and finishing at approximately 11 PM in India.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday plus half-days every alternate Saturday.

About Us

We are hiring for our client based in the UK and looking for a Social Media & Creative Content Manager who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, videos, and social media strategies.

Role Overview

This role combines creative design, video production, and social media management. You'll collaborate with SEO specialists and content writers to produce visuals that enhance content performance and manage social media channels to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit engaging short-form videos (tutorials, explainers, reels, etc.) optimized for digital platforms.
  • Design graphics, illustrations, and infographics to support SEO and content campaigns.
  • Develop, schedule, and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with the SEO/content team to repurpose blogs and articles into visual and social formats.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines while remaining fresh and innovative.
  • Stay updated with social, design, video, and SEO trends to keep content competitive.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, CapCut).
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook).
  • Understanding of digital marketing and SEO fundamentals (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, storytelling, and visual branding.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics/animation experience.
  • Familiarity with video SEO and YouTube optimization.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns.
