We help entrepreneurs free up their time by outsourcing their everyday, routine admin work like calendar management, email, customer service, and marketing tasks like social media, digital marketing, website management, etc.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content, driving audience engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Develop creative, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce on-brand content.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily operations of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar for each client.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Plan and implement social media campaigns aligned with client goals (e.g., increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, lead generation).

Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance improvement.

Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to achieve client objectives.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).

Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to clients.

Monitor ad spend, cost per result, and overall campaign ROI, providing recommendations for improvements.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve content and ad strategies.

Suggest new features or strategies to enhance client results.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Job timings: 3 PM - 12 AM IST / 6 PM - 3 AM IST( Monday- Friday)

Salary: up to 4LPA (commensurate with experience and skillset)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹33,333.00 per month
