Marketing Molecules is a growing digital solutions agency helping businesses in India and Canada build their brand presence through content creation, paid ads, lead generation, SEO, and social media marketing. We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage client campaigns and produce engaging content that delivers results.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Build and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and platform updates to keep client brands competitive.

Content Creation

  • Design and produce multimedia content – reels, carousels, stories, posts, and short-form videos.
  • Write engaging captions that resonate with the target audience and reflect brand voice.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and ad specialists to create compelling campaigns.
  • Assist with or lead photo and video shoots for clients when needed.

Execution & Management

  • Manage and schedule posts across multiple platforms using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Act as a point of contact for client communications regarding social media campaigns.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and experiment with new content formats.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content creation (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for different industries.
  • Familiarity with paid social ads and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Bonus: Motion graphics, SEO knowledge, or experience with B2C brands.

Job Type: Full-time
