Role Description

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial transactions, developing strategies to increase revenues, supervising branch staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune.

Qualifications

  • Experience in branch management, financial services, and staff supervision
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, compliance regulations, and risk management
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategic plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
