The incumbent will be responsible forachieving sales targets, managing branch profitability, and building strong customerrelationships to expand LDS Infotech’s footprint in the Pune region.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall business with sales & operations for the Pune branch. Drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation,forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins. Independently introduce, demonstrate, negotiate, and close high-value technologydeals. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decisionmakers. Conceptualize and propose software licensing, IT services, and cloudinfrastructure solutions to enterprise customers. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT andbusiness stakeholders. Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L. Strengthen relationships with existing customers and promote additional solutions,upgrades, and value-added services. Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.Experience & Skills 8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, ITServices, Cloud Infrastructure). Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experiencemandatory). Strong experience in Key
