The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to support decision-making across departments. The role involves preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with different teams to provide timely business insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Automate reporting processes using Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) or other tools.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations) for data consolidation.

  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, and generate dashboards for management.

  • Identify data gaps, errors, or discrepancies and resolve them.

  • Support audits and compliance requirements by providing necessary data.

  • Assist management in forecasting, planning, and business analysis.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for MIS processes and reporting standards.
