Requirements:Desirable to have a master's degree.Mix of language proficiency (verbal and written), deep pedagogical understanding, and subject specialisation.8+ years of work experience; of which at least 2 years of relevant experience. At least 4 years of experience as a classroom teacher is mandatory.Desirable to have experience in Instructional Design.Ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders such as school promoters, school principals, academicians, trainers, teachers, and other solution providers.Organised and process driven, and ability to work across timelines and cross-functional teams.Team / Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to lead, inspire collaboration and empower team.Have strong project management skills.Have strong writing skills.Exhibits strong analytical mind with a flair to identify pedagogical gaps in classroom teaching.
