This role will also require fostering growth and confidence in team members’ skills while maintaining the salon's quality standards.Qualifications Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education Effective Communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in Teaching and Training Ability to inspire and mentor individuals in hair styling and care techniques Hands-on experience working in a salon environment A certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Hair Styling, or a related field is preferred Ability to adapt teaching techniques to a diverse group of learners Passion for staying updated on the latest hairstyling trends and practices
