This role will also require fostering growth and confidence in team members’ skills while maintaining the salon's quality standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Lesson Planning and EducationEffective Communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in Teaching and TrainingAbility to inspire and mentor individuals in hair styling and care techniquesHands-on experience working in a salon environmentA certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Hair Styling, or a related field is preferredAbility to adapt teaching techniques to a diverse group of learnersPassion for staying updated on the latest hairstyling trends and practices
